In order to change the Resident Agent to us, all you need to do is file the Resident Agent Change Form with the Nevada Secretary of State. We have made this form available online. You can immediately fill it out, print, sign and file it with the Nevada Secretary of State along with the filing fee.

After you fill out the form on the page that opens when you click on the above link and make the payment, you will be automatically redirected to a page to download the Resident Agent Change form. Click here to see what the form looks like. 

Note that the form you access after making the payment will have our signature accepting to be your resident agent. To complete the change of Resident Agent you will have to send the form to the Nevada Secretary of State along with a check for $60. The detailed instructions are included.
