STEPS TO CHANGE REGISTERED AGENT TO US

In order to change the Registered Agent to us, we will need to sign and file the State of Nevada Statement of Registered Agent Change Form with the Nevada Secretary of State. Upon receipt of your order we will e-mail you the prepared form for your signature. We will file it with State of nevad after we received it back from you by fax or email.
